COP28 online

Not going to be in Dubai? Don’t panic! You can still get involved with  COP28 virtually. There’s loads going on – take a look at some of the links we’ve shared below.

Official side events

The United Nations Climate Change website hosts a schedule of events, many of which are open and include webcast links where they are available. Most official side events will be livestreamed on the side events YouTube channel.  In addition, you can get updates via social media channels. The main hashtag for this conference is #COP28.

Pavilion livestreams and hybrid events

Pavilions are spaces where different Parties or Observer organisations host events, showcase research, and have open informal discussions.  Many host livestreamed or hybrid events as part of their programme, including: 

A list of all the Pavilions at COP28 is available on the UN Climate Change website. Many of these will offer livestreams of events.

Online only spaces

  • The OECD Virtual Pavilion features a programme of over 30 events.
  • Through the Virtual Ocean Pavilion you can access live and on–demand ocean and climate events, explore virtual exhibition booths, watch on-location COP28 reporting and interviews with delegates, and take educational quizzes.
