- How it will manage in a context of US non-participation and hostility
- How COP dynamics and processes might shift to be more appropriate to an implementation and accountability phase
- How COP will deal with 1.5C being breached plus deeply inadequate NDCs
What's your message for world leaders at COP30?
If Belem doesn't come up with good answers to US hostility, inadequate NDCs and 1.5C being breached, then radical alternatives outside of the Paris framework are going to be required.
