Dr Paul Manktelow, Principal Consultant at Arcadis, will talk about air quality in the UK, how it’s controlled and how the government is being held to account over failure to meet air quality targets. Dr Manktelow will also touch on the proposed Clean Air Zone in Leeds, as well as how air quality is considered in planning decisions.
